Programs and activities:

Ongoing programs:
All programs and services are offered to children and families affected by HIV. Family Support Program provides practical support to families (grocery cards, transit tokens, diapers for children up to the age of 2, new and gently used clothing, school backpacks filled with school supplies, diaper bags filled with baby supplies for every newborn). Prenatal Group prepares Moms for birth, delivery and infant feeding. Infant Formula Program provides free formula for all babies born to HIV+ Moms across Ontario (up to 1 year). Mental Health programs provide regular support groups for parents and new moms; therapeutic groups for children and adolescents as well as individual and family counselling. Psychoeducational groups are run for HIV+ teens at Sick Kids Hospital (2 x week). Annual week long overnight camp offers a wilderness experience and various outdoor activities for children aged 9-18 years. Scholarship Program offers financial subsidies to students entering tertiary education for the first time.
