Ongoing programs:
In 2019 we assisted an existing school in their growth, development, and upkeep. San Rafael/Ojos Negros is in the mountains just east of the city of Ensenada. TNHH completed 2 classrooms at this location in January 2012. The school has grown, the government built several classrooms and a kitchen. The school is now a full day. Current requirements were an additional classroom, an office for their full time school Director, and improvements to existing buildings. A classroom had been built with a metal roof, in the 40C+ heat in the spring and fall was almost unusable. We insulated the roof. The classroom we built in 2012 was repainted. The fall project was to upgrade the retaining walls and foundations of the school on the hillside in Los Cordova. This work fixed the ongoing stability problem with the property.
