Ongoing programs: During 2019, Plastic Oceans Canada continued to raise awareness around the issue of ocean plastic pollution through a series of initiatives including direct school outreach through planned programs and sale of various plastic-reducing alternatives such as plastic-free "dining kits", among other activitities.

New programs:
New programs: During 2019, Plastic Oceans partnered with several companies throughout Canada in order to raise awareness about plastic pollution, e.g. in return for placement on PO website and the ability to use PO marks and branding, the charity would get $1 for each of a certian plastic-reducing product sold. These arrangements would be disclosed and marketed to buyers.
