Ongoing programs: Big Brothers Big Sisters core mentoring programs have always been "customized" to the needs of the individuals served - broad categories include Community-based programs (one-to-one relationships between adult mentor and a child) bearing the names, Big Brothers Big Sisters Cross-Gender Matching, Couple Matching. Site based programs (one-on-on or group programs between a volunteer mentor and a child but operated in partnership with others such as schools or other community services): In-School Mentoring, BigBunch, Big Outdoors Go Girls! and Game On! In 2019, over 500 volunteers provided service to over 500 children and youth in various mentoring programs. Big Brothers Big Sisters runs a social enterprise named ReNew Crew which accepts donations of textiles and sells them to for-profit private organization. The funds produced from this operation are used to match, screen and train mentors matched with local children, as well as providing group programs. Additional benefits to the community and the economy is that ReNew Crew employs 13 persons, providing them with stable working conditions, job training and employment enhancing skills, benefits and job satisfaction and contributes to the economy with purchased services and supplies required to operate this successful social enterprise that provides significant annual revenue that goes directly to providing mentoring programs for children, youth and families..

New programs: Due to a challenging fund raising environment, the agency has concentrated on sustainable growth of the existing menu of services but with marketing and communications outreach to targeted diverse populations including, but not limited to, seniors, immigrants, LGBTQ2+, indigenous, aboriginal persons, customizing and rather than developing "new" programs.
