Ongoing programs: CMHA BC DIVISION STRIVES TO DEVELOP AND PROVIDES QUALITY SERVICES AND SUPPORTS FOR THOSE LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR ADDICTION AND PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH FOR ALL BRITISH COLUMBIANS. AS A PROVINCIAL ORGANIZATION, WE (A) DELIVER MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS VIA PUBLICATIONS, WORKSHOPS, AND INNOVATIVE PROJECTS; (B) CONDUCT MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE PUBLIC POLICY DIALOGUE AN DEVELOPMENT; (C) PROVIDE INFORMATION, REFERRAL, AND SYSTEM NAVIGATION; AND (D) OFFER DIRECT SUPPORTED SELF-MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION, WE PARTNER WITH A FEDERATION OF 14 SEPARATELY INCORPORATED CMHA BRANCHES ACROSS BC, BUILDING CAPACITY AS THEY DEVELOP AND DELIVER PROGRAMS THAT HELP THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES. OUR ONGOING PROVINCE-WIDE PROGRAMS INCLUDE BOUNCE BACK, LIVING LIFE TO THE FULL, CONFIDENT PARENTS: THRIVING KIDS, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES IN VANCOUVER/ VICTORIA, BURSARIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS, WORKPLACE MENTAL HEALTH, AND CAMPUS MENTAL HEALTH.
