Programs and activities:

Ongoing programs: CMHA BC Division strives to develop and ensure quality services and supports for those living with mental illness and/or addictions, and promoting mental health for all British Columbians. As a provincial organization, we deliver mental health literacy programs including publications, workshops, innovative projects as well as careful promotion of elements related to improved mental health systems. In addition, we support the federation of 14 separately incorporated branches across BC, building capacity as they develop and deliver programs that help their local communities. Ongoing province-wide programs include Bounce Back, Living Life to the Full, Confident Parents: Thriving Kids, Suicide Prevention Initiative, Employment Services in Victoria, Bursaries and Scholarships, Workplace Mental Health, and Campus Mental health.

New programs: The newly launched Confident Parents: Thriving Kids - Anxiety program supports families whose children have anxiety impacting their evelopment and day-to-day happiness at home, school and in the community. This program was officially launched on March 28, 2019.
