Ongoing programs: HIPPYHalton works with newcomer and vulnerable families in the Halton Region to help them prepare their18m to 5y old children for success in KG and beyond. Home Visitors are trained and then sent to the homes to instruct parents on the delivery of the HIPPY programmes. Parents also attend bi-weekly group meetings for education in the curriculum and in parenting. Should health restrictions require, we offer a hybrid delivery model of on-line and in person visits and meetings.
