Arthouse is a Halton-based charitable organization that offers free programs to vulnerable children and youth from 7-17, most particularly to individuals from families who may not have access to arts-related activities. Since 2009, Arthouse has provided 717 programs to 10,208 participants at 90 locations throughout Burlington, Halton Hills, MIiton and Oakville. Program Focus: Neighbourhood communities (e.g. subsidized housing, cooperatives and hub programs), Agency partnerships (e.g. Rock, CAS and HMC), High School alternative learning programs.New programs:
During Fiscal 2022, Arthouse transitioned back from fully virtual programs to a hybrid of both virtual and live. In the spring of 2022. in addition to ongoing art-based programming, Arthouse has placed a strong emphasis on the art of cooking programs, engaging young people in the education of healthy eating, creative recipes and the opportunity to dine together. Arthouse also initiated "Pathways to Possibilities" with innovative workshops that offer youth ages 12-17 insights into career options.Revenue
