THE CLUB OPERATES IN THE BASEMENT OF ST ANDREW'S CATHEDRAL CATHOLIC CHURCH IN DOWNTOWN VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA AND HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST 38 YEARS. ALL WHO WORK AT THE SOUP KITCHEN ARE VOLUNTEERS. DAILY ATTENDANCE RANGES FROM 100 TO 200

New programs: RESPONSE TO THE COVID 19 VIRUS: THE SOUP KITCHEN SUSPENDED SIT DOWN, SERVED MEALS IN MARCH 2019 AND SWITCHED TO TAKE OUT MEALS. PEOPLE COME INTO THE PREVIOUS SERVING AREA TWO AT A TIME, OBSERVING CORRECT SOCIAL DISTANCING AND PROTOCOLS, AND PICK UP TEA, COFFEE, BOTTLED WATER, SOUP, A HARD BOILED EGG, SANDWICH, FRESH FRUIT, SWEETS AND EXCESS BREAD AND BUNS. THE SOUP KITCHEN IS OPEN FROM 8:00 TO 10:00 AM. DAILY ATTENDANCE RANGES FROM 100 TO 150
