To obtain a web access code to apply for the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS) or Canada Recovery Hiring Program (CRHP), we will ask you to provide the following information:

  • account number; and
  • date of registration; or
  • total income tax reported in box 22 of the most recent original 2019 tax year submitted T4 summary.

You can also apply for the CEWS or CRHP through My Business Account or Represent a Client.

If you have a web access code and would like to retrieve it, we will ask you to provide the following information:

  • account number;
  • return type; and
  • a financial field from the last original return filed for the previous tax year.

If you are not applying for the CEWS or CRHP and you need a new web access code, we will ask you to provide the following information:

  • account number; and
  • date of registration.
