Digital Access Code Online

UHT Digital Access Code Online lets you obtain a system generated Digital Access Code in order to be able to file your Underused Housing Tax return online using the webform. This digital access code is valid for one calendar year (January 1st - December 31st) regardless of when in that year it was obtained.

To obtain a digital access code you will need to enter:

For an individual;
  • Social Insurance Number (SIN) or Individual Tax Number (ITN)
  • First and Last name
  • Date of birth and
  • Postal Code, ZIP code, or Country Code of mailing address
For a Business (BN-RU);
  • Underused Housing Tax account number (BN-RU)
  • Registration Date
  • Name of owner
  • Postal Code, ZIP code, or Country Code of mailing address
