Our mission is to improve lives and build community by engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action in our 3 key focus areas: ALL THAT KIDS CAN BE, POVERTY TO POSSIBILITY & STRONG COMMUNITIES. We believe in the importance of investing in prevention, rather than intervention, and taking a holistic approach to complex issues. In addition to community investments with partner agencies, United Way of Regina supports targeted third grade reading level targeted initiatives including investments such as: Summer Success, Classroom Libraries, Attendance Matters and Campaign for Grade Level Reading. In partnership with United Way Saskatoon & Area, United Way of Regina operates 211 Saskatchewan: a free, confidential, and searchable database of human services in Saskatchewan, with over 5,000 listings of social, community, non-clinical health, and government services across the province. Services were expanded in early 2018 to include text and phone service, in addition to the previously offered website.

New programs:
In 2019, United Way of Regina expanded its reach to support the regions of Weyburn, Swift Current and Moose Jaw.
